The Laguna St. Writers are:

Colleen Bazdarich. Colleen is a natural redhead with a fondness for liquid eyeliner. She was born in San Francisco but spent most of her childhood in Southern California. Although she knows nothing about astronomy and hasn’t followed her horoscope since she broke up with an astrologer in 1997, Colleen spends as much time staring up at the stars as the Mission night sky will allow. Her poems reflect this, perhaps. She can be reached at redhead@stanfordalumni.org

Delia Tramontina. Delia spent the first 25 years of her life in Queens, NY. She received her MFA in Writing & Poetics from Naropa University in 2001 and moved further west to San Francisco. She makes money as a counselor for the time being. Her work has appeared in Nerve Lantern, Bombay Gin, Ur-Vox and Tinfish. Delia has a tattoo of a pig on her ass and a cat in NY, aptly named CC, who was adopted from a bread store in Corona. Delia’s email is NYCDDAY88@aol.com

Greg Loveseth. Greg wonders in San Francisco. He can be at otis@cluas.com

Jay Thomas. Jay studied philosophy and music composition at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. He lives in San Francisco where he works as a financial analyst and database administrator. Jay can be reached at jayt@blazemail.com

Mary Sechyna

Maureen Foley. Maureen is a writer and artist living in San Francisco. Her work has appeared in Wired, San Francisco Bay Guardian, Nerve Lantern, Hika and Lime Green Bulldozers and she recently completed a Masters of Fine Art in Prose at Naropa University. She grew up on an avocado ranch in Southern California, just off the 101, near Santa Claus Lane. One day you might see her surfing there.

Patricia Defechereux. Patricia is a perfect mother, a fabulous cook, and a race-horse trainer. She is haphazardly in therapy, breeds Borzois, and models for watchmakers. A brilliant career woman, she runs a research facility and a zoological society devoted to Black-Footed Ferrets from her one-bedroom home in San Francisco. She learned English from her Irish mother, which is appreciated by her suitors and … she likes to be called (Ale)Xandra Walsh.

Patty Page (pspage@ix.netcom.com). Patty grew up in Southeast Asia and now lives in Menlo Park. After 20 years in international marketing and creative services, she quit to do the important stuff: write, work with kids, and promote college scholarships. She’d be absolutely in love with her husband even if he wasn’t bankrolling these adventures.
